The Role: Leading with Purpose
As Nursery Manager, you will have full operational responsibility for the setting, including:
- Strategic Leadership: Driving the educational vision and ensuring the highest standards of EYFS delivery.
- Team Development: Mentoring and inspiring a settled team of practitioners to reach their full potential.
- Compliance & Safety: Serving as the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) and ensuring total OFSTED readiness.

Requirements
