We are looking for Level 2 and Level 3 Early Years Practitioners who are passionate about early development, can command a room with a smile, and blend professional expertise with fun.
Qualifications
- Full & Relevant Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification (NVQ, CACHE, EYE, NNEB). Teaching Assistant or Health & Social Care pathways do not meet statutory nursery ratio requirements.
- Comprehensive understanding of the EYFS framework, statutory welfare requirements, nursery ratios and Ofsted expectations. You must be nursery‐ready from day one.
- Current Full Paediatric First Aid (PFA) certificate is highly preferred. If you do not have one, you must be enthusiastic and fully committed to completing the training within the first three months.
- Active Enhanced DBS on the Update Service and two professional childcare references.
