Calling All Playtime Pioneers & Curiosity Champions! Do you have a genuine passion for child development? Are you the kind of person who can turn a cardboard box into a spaceship, negotiate peace treaties over toy trains, and bring boundless enthusiasm to the floor every single day?
We are the Early Years Professional Network, and we are looking for high-energy, dedicated Nursery Practitioners and Assistants to bring their magic to fantastic nurseries across Lambeth. We know that working in Early Years is all about the children—so we’ve built a flexible supply network that lets you focus entirely on the exciting stuff, without the stress of endless paperwork or unpaid overtime!
Requirements
Who We Are Looking For:
- The Qualified Tier (Level 2 & Level 3): You hold a "Full & Relevant" Early Years or Childcare qualification (e.g., NVQ, CACHE, Level 3 Early Years Educator, NNEB). Please note: Due to government ratio regulations, Health & Social Care or Teaching Assistant (TA) qualifications do not meet the criteria for Qualified Practitioner rates.
- The Unqualified/Support Tier: You might not have the official paperwork, but you have the heart and the energy for it! We welcome warm, experienced applicants with 3+ months of verifiable experience working in a private nursery or preschool setting.
Compliance (The 2025 Standard): To be counted in nursery ratios, you must hold a Full Paediatric First Aid (PFA) certificate. If you don't have one right now, you must be willing to complete the training immediately to keep our little ones safe and compliant with regulations.
