Requirements
- Certified Innovators (Level 2 & Level 3) – You must hold a "Full & Relevant" Early Years qualification (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, NNEB, or a Level 3 Early Years Educator diploma). Teaching Assistant or Health & Social Care certifications do not meet the statutory nursery ratio requirements for this tier.
- Experienced Motivators (Unqualified) – You may not have the formal early years certificate on paper, but your hands-on experience and infectious enthusiasm for childcare speak for themselves. If you have recent, verifiable professional experience in a nursery and a highly proactive approach, we want you on our team.
What You Must Bring to the Room

- The Safety Standard : Holding a Full Paediatric First Aid (PFA) certificate is highly preferred. If you do not currently hold one, you must be entirely willing to undergo the training.
