We know how hard you work on the floor. That’s why we offer a completely flexible way of working. You bring the enthusiasm and the expertise, and we provide a schedule that fits your life, entirely free from unpaid overtime and endless planning paperwork!
Requirements
Who We Are Looking For:
- You hold a "Full & Relevant" Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification (e.g., NVQ, CACHE, Early Years Educator, NNEB). Note: Teaching Assistant or Health & Social Care qualifications do not meet the statutory ratio requirements for this tier.
- The Experienced Unqualified Pathway: You might not have the official certificate yet, but you have the hands-on experience and the heart for it! We welcome applications from proactive, enthusiastic individuals who have verifiable, recent experience working in an early years setting.
The Essentials for Everyone:
- The Mindset: You must be energetic, reliable, and ready to get stuck in from the moment you walk through the nursery doors.
- The 2025 Standard: A current Full Paediatric First Aid (PFA) certificate is highly desirable to help keep our settings safe. If you don’t have one but are committed to the sector, we will help guide you on how to get certified.
