We are partnering with exceptional nurseries right across Rotherhithe and the wider Southwark area, and we are searching for inspiring, hardworking Early Years Practitioners and Experienced Assistants to bring their magic to the floor. We want team players who radiate positivity and genuinely love helping children grow. We are actively hiring across two pathways:
- The Qualified Experts (Level 2 & Level 3): You hold a "Full & Relevant" Early Years qualification (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, NNEB, Early Years Educator). (Note: Teaching Assistant or Health & Social Care certificates do not count toward statutory nursery ratios for this tier).
- The Experienced Unqualified Stars: You might not hold a formal Level 2 or 3 certificate, but you have the vital hands-on experience! If you have recent, verifiable professional experience working in a nursery setting and a natural flair for childcare, we want you on our team.
The Non-Negotiables for Everyone:
- Absolute passion, reliability, and an energetic approach to the nursery day.
- A commitment to safety: Holding a Full Paediatric First Aid (PFA) certificate is highly preferred. If you don’t have one, you must be willing to obtain it to help keep our environments safe and compliant.
