Requirements

• We are searching for enthusiastic educators who don't wait to be told what to do—they see where they are needed and jump right in.
• We are warmly welcoming candidates across two specific routes:
• The Certified Innovators (Level 2 & Level 3): Full & Relevant early years qualification (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, NNEB, or a Level 3 Early Years Educator diploma). Teaching Assistant or Health & Social Care certifications do not meet the statutory nursery ratio requirements for this specific tier.
• The Experienced Motivators (Unqualified): You may not have the formal early years certificate on paper, but your hands‑on experience and infectious enthusiasm for childcare speak for themselves. If you have recent, verifiable professional experience in a nursery and a highly proactive approach, we want you on our team.

What You Must Bring to the Room

• The Initiative: You must possess a genuine, uplifting passion for early childhood, steadfast reliability, and the drive to actively elevate the daily routine without hesitation.
• The Safety Standard: Holding a Full Paediatric First Aid (PFA) certificate is highly preferred. If you do not currently hold one, you must be willing to undergo the training to help us maintain safe environments.
