We're supporting a wonderful private nursery that's dedicated to providing high-quality early years education and care.
As a Senior Practitioner, you'll work closely with your Room Lead and the Nursery Manager to help oversee the daily running of your room. You'll plan engaging, childâled activities, support the team with clear direction and encouragement, and ensure every child's needs are met in a safe, happy and stimulating environment.
You'll be a role model for best practiceâbalancing care, creativity, and professionalismâand helping to mentor junior colleagues as part of a strong and passionate early years team.
Requirements- Level 3 Early Years qualification (minimum)
- At least 3 years' experience postâqualification
- Confident in supporting and motivating a small team
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and EYFS requirements
- Paediatric First Aid and Food Hygiene certificates (or willingness to obtain)
