Dive Into Early Years Excellence in Blackheath!
Are you the first person to roll up your sleeves for a messy play session? Do you thrive in an active, hands-on environment where your passion directly fuels a child’s early development? We are partnering with some of the most sought-after, dynamic nurseries across Blackheath and the surrounding SE3 area, and we are looking for highly passionate, energetic Early Years Practitioners and Experienced Assistants to join our elite supply network.
We know that the best early years professionals are those who are never afraid to get completely stuck in. If you want to spend your days fully immersed in joyful, impactful childcare—while leaving the unpaid planning and paperwork behind—this is your chance to shine on a schedule that actually works for you.
The Hands-On Professionals We Need
- Unwavering passion, reliability, and a readiness to jump straight into the action are what our nurseries value most.
We are actively welcoming candidates through two pathways:
- The Qualified Experts (Level 2 & Level 3): You hold a "Full & Relevant" Early Years qualification (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, NNEB, Level 3 Early Years Educator). (Note: Teaching Assistant or Health & Social Care pathways do not meet the statutory nursery ratio guidelines for this tier).
- The Experienced Unqualified Stars: You might not have the official certificate on your wall, but your practical experience and natural enthusiasm for childcare speak volumes! If you have recent, verifiable professional experience in a nursery and are always ready to get stuck in, we want to hear from you.
The Essentials for Every Candidate:
- The Energy: You must be highly motivated, deeply dependable, and ready to engage with every activity with a positive, proactive attitude.
- The Safety Focus: Holding a Full Paediatric First Aid (PFA) certificate is highly preferred. If you do not currently have one, you must be eager to undertake the training to ensure our nursery environments remain as safe as possible.
