We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for an experienced procurement professional with a strong background in renewable energy, capable of operating across technical, commercial and strategic dimensions. You will play a key role in managing end‑to‑end procurement activities across PV and BESS projects, acting as the bridge between internal stakeholders and external suppliers, and ensuring procurement processes are robust, efficient and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end procurement processes (RFQs / RFPs / tenders), from strategy definition to contract award, in close coordination with internal stakeholders.
  • Support and execute procurement strategies aligned with project and portfolio objectives, ensuring adherence to internal policies and governance frameworks.
  • Manage relationships with key suppliers and contractors (EPCs, OEMs, BESS integrators), acting as a primary point of contact for commercial matters.
  • Coordinate supplier onboarding, qualification and homologation processes, ensuring a robust and reliable supplier base.
  • Support and participate in commercial negotiations, including the development of MSAs and framework agreements with strategic partners.
  • Conduct market analysis on suppliers, technologies and cost trends (PV & BESS), maintaining awareness of industry developments and supply chain risks.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing or supply chain within renewable energy (IPP, developer, fund, utility) or EPC/construction/energy environments.
  • Strong experience in utility‑scale PV and/or BESS procurement is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with procurement systems (e.g., Jaggaer, SAP Ariba, Coupa).
  • Proven experience managing RFQs/RFPs and supplier negotiations through procurement systems.
  • Demonstrated experience managing end‑to‑end sourcing events from launch through evaluation, negotiation and contract award.
  • Proven experience negotiating commercial contracts, framework agreements and strategic supplier partnerships.
  • Experience working with international suppliers and cross‑functional teams across Europe, Asia and North America.
  • Right to work in Spain.
