We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for an experienced procurement professional with a strong background in renewable energy, capable of operating across technical, commercial and strategic dimensions.
You will play a key role in managing end-to-end procurement activities across PV and BESS projects, acting as the bridge between internal stakeholders and external suppliers, and ensuring procurement processes are robust, efficient and aligned with business objectives.

- Lead end-to-end procurement processes (RFQs / RFPs / tenders), from strategy definition to contract award, in close coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Support and execute procurement strategies aligned with project and portfolio objectives, ensuring adherence to internal policies and governance frameworks.
- Manage relationships with key suppliers and contractors (EPCs, OEMs, BESS integrators), acting as a primary point of contact for commercial matters.
- Support and participate in commercial negotiations, including the development of MSAs and Framework Agreements with strategic partners.
- Conduct market analysis on suppliers, technologies and cost trends (PV & BESS), maintaining awareness of industry developments and supply chain risks.
Excellent communication skills (in English or/and other European languages) - you must be able to organize your thoughts in a way that others find clear and compelling. When communicating verbally - whether over the phone, on video calls, in person or meetings - you will need to be articulate, warm and engaging.

7 years of experience in procurement, sourcing or supply chain within Renewable energy (IPP, developer, fund, utility), or EPC/construction/energy environments.
- Strong experience in utility-scale PV and/or BESS procurement is highly desirable.
- Experience working with procurement systems (e.g. Jaggaer, SAP Ariba, Coupa).
- Proven experience managing RFQs/ RFPs and supplier negotiations through procurement systems.
- Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end sourcing events from RFQ/RFP launch through evaluation, negotiation and contract award.
- Proven experience negotiating commercial contracts, framework agreements and strategic supplier partnerships.
Hybrid working - we will need you in the central London (Mayfair) office at least twice a week, but you will normally be able to work remotely for the remainder of the week.
