NextEnergy Capital Limited is seeking an Interim Compliance Officer (SMF16) and Money Laundering Reporting Officer (SMF17) to lead the firmβs regulatory compliance and financial crime framework for NECβs investment management activities. The role requires oversight of FCA regulatory obligations, SMCR governance, and strong collaboration with senior management, boards and regulators to ensure rigorous controls and a culture of integrity across the Group.
