We are looking for a Technology Alignment Manager to implement a singular tech standard for a group of MSPs ensuring seamless and highly optimised organisational performance throughout the group.
The Opportunity This is a rare build role.
We don't yet have a single technology standard that every client runs on.
Around 60% of clients are on non-standard setups that create avoidable support tickets and slow everything down.
There's no group-wide technology audit, no shared standard build, and no regular technology roadmap for clients.
You'll create them.
You'll be building the alignment approach that every future client and acquisition will follow.
