Apprenticeship Program Highlights:

  • Paid training time allotted during the workday to complete academic assignments and online coursework

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • HVAC trade school coursework or graduation preferred
  • Prior experience in a mechanical support role or service environment preferred
  • Some hands‑on HVAC or related technical experience is a plus, but not required
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving ability
  • Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn
  • Dependable, reliable, and able to take direction
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to operate a smartphone, tablet, and basic software applications
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Willingness to travel to assigned client sites
  • Ability to work overtime as needed, provided it does not interfere with academic performance

This is a physically active role. You should be able to:

  • Safely work at heights using ladders up to 28‑32 feet and operate equipment within manufacturer weight limits
  • Lift, carry, and maneuver tools and equipment, including extension ladders, up to 100 lbs
  • Bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach into confined spaces, and perform twisting, pushing, and pulling tasks
  • Maintain physical stamina and endurance for repetitive tasks and extended activity
  • Stand, sit, walk, and climb ladders throughout the day
  • Use vision, hearing, and verbal communication continuously
  • Operate work‑related equipment such as iPads, cell phones, and computers
  • Travel to customer sites as needed
  • Occasionally work in an office environment
  • Follow all applicable safety procedures
