We are seeking an experienced and driven IT Support Engineer to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in the success of our IT department, combining hands-on technical support, field support and working in an ambitious technical team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients, troubleshooting IT issues across various hardware and software systems
  • Resolving incidents and service requests in a timely manner
  • Working with both internal and external teams to diagnose and resolve technical problems

  • Previous experience within an IT Support setting
  • Windows OS, Active Directory and Office 365
  • Familiarisation with Networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Providing excellent customer service, whether remote or face-to-face
