Key Responsibilities
- Act as a technically experienced and knowledgeable member of the Infrastructure Team
- Provide prompt, accurate, and consistent communication to colleagues and clients
- Deliver day-to-day front-end support, resolving incidents and fulfilling service requests to minimise disruption
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve technical issues, escalating where necessary for collaboration
- Gain an in-depth understanding of client systems and infrastructures, maintaining accurate documentation
