Due to continued growth and investment in internal systems, they are looking to appoint a Software Business Analyst to support a range of business-critical projects.

As a Software Business Analyst, you'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements, improve processes, and support the successful delivery of software and systems projects.
- Gathering, documenting and validating business requirements
- Translating business needs into user stories, functional specifications and acceptance criteria
- Supporting backlog management, prioritisation and UAT activities
- Working alongside development teams to ensure solutions align with business requirements
- Supporting systems integrations and data flow initiatives across the wider business
Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst or similar role
Experience working across software, systems or digital transformation projects
Knowledge of Agile or hybrid software delivery methodologies
Experience creating user stories, process maps and business documentation
Exposure to SQL, data management or reporting tools
Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps or similar project management tools
Hybrid working
Exposure to a broad range of software and technology projects
