Due to continued growth and investment in internal systems, they are looking to appoint a Software Business Analyst to support a range of business-critical projects.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and fast-paced SME environment where you'll play a key role in bridging the gap between business operations and technical delivery teams.
As a Software Business Analyst, you'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements, improve processes, and support the successful delivery of software and systems projects.
- Gathering, documenting and validating business requirements
- Translating business needs into user stories, functional specifications and acceptance criteria
- Supporting backlog management, prioritisation and UAT activities
- Working alongside development teams to ensure solutions align with business requirements
- Supporting systems integrations and data flow initiatives across the wider business
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst or similar role
- Experience working across software, systems or digital transformation projects
- Knowledge of Agile or hybrid software delivery methodologies
- Experience creating user stories, process maps and business documentation
- Exposure to SQL, data management or reporting tools
- Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps or similar project management tools
