We are looking for a motivated and experienced Field Supervisor to join a growing team within the technology/infrastructure sector. This is a hands-on, field-based role covering the Southern region, supporting the successful delivery of projects and services.
The Role
You will oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Acting as a key point of contact, you'll support engineers, manage subcontractors, and build strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise engineers and subcontractors on-site
- Plan and oversee project delivery from start to finish
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards
- Monitor quality, timelines, and project costs
- Act as the first point of escalation for technical and operational issues
- Maintain strong communication with customers and internal teams
- Support and develop field engineers through training and guidance
- Assist with on-site work where required
About You
- Experience in a field-based supervisory or team lead role
- Strong understanding of infrastructure/cabling environments
- Ability to read technical drawings and troubleshoot issues
- Good knowledge of health & safety practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable
