What You’ll Be Doing
- Performing service, repair, installation, and maintenance on a variety of commercial kitchen equipment
- Diagnosing mechanical, electronic, and electrical issues and making repairs to manufacturer specifications
- Coordinating daily schedules with dispatch and ensuring all delays or changes are communicated professionally
- Managing accurate and detailed electronic work orders and documentation using a company‑issued iPad
- Answering customer questions, identifying additional service needs, and delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Participating in rotating on‑call shifts for emergency service needs
- Maintaining your company vehicle, tools, and inventory to the highest standards
- Attending ongoing technical training to stay up to date with industry advancements
- Reporting safety concerns and identifying potential new business opportunities
