A growing IT services provider based in Clacton-on-Sea is looking to hire a friendly and motivated 1st Line IT Support Engineer to join its expanding support team. Key Responsibilities

  • Providing 1st line technical support via phone, email, and remote support tools
  • Logging and managing support tickets
  • Troubleshooting basic hardware, software, printer, and connectivity issues
  • Supporting Microsoft 365 users including password resets and mailbox support
  • Setting up laptops, desktops, and user accounts
  • Escalating more complex issues to senior engineers when required
  • Delivering excellent customer service to end users

Skills & Experience

  • Previous IT support experience or IT qualification preferred
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Eagerness to learn and develop technically

  • Full UK driving licence beneficial but not essential
