We're working with a fast-growing Managed Service Provider that specialises in delivering IT solutions to clients across the hospitality and events sector. With an expanding client base and a strong reputation for high-quality service, they are now looking to bring in an experienced 3rd Line Engineer to support their continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced 3rd line support to a range of external clients, both remotely and client-facing
- Act as the technical escalation point for complex infrastructure, networking, and cloud-related issues
- Take ownership of incidents through to resolution, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations
- Work directly with clients, building strong relationships and delivering a high standard of service
- Support the planning, design, and implementation of core infrastructure and cloud projects (particularly Azure migrations and deployments)
- Lead on technical project delivery where required, ensuring work is completed on time and to a high standard
- Produce and maintain clear technical documentation for client environments and internal processes
- Assist in mentoring and supporting 1st/2nd line engineers
