We\’re seeking a Second Line IT Support Engineer to join our growing technical support team in West Sussex. You\’ll provide hands-on support for a wide range of users, resolving complex issues escalated from 1st line, and working across desktops, servers, networks, and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd line technical support to end-users (onsite and remote)
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to desktops, servers, networking, and cloud services
