Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 DOE

We're partnering with a growing and well-established business in Hertfordshire that's looking to add a Marketing Executive to its expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, wants to make a genuine impact, and is keen to develop across both digital and traditional marketing.
Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in planning and delivering campaigns that strengthen brand awareness, generate leads and support business growth. Typical Marketing Executive roles involve delivering integrated campaigns across digital, social, email and offline channels while collaborating with internal teams and external agencies.
The Role
As Marketing Executive, you'll support the delivery of the company's marketing strategy across multiple channels, helping to create engaging campaigns and high-quality content while analysing performance to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging content for social media, email, website and marketing collateral.
- Manage company social media channels and content calendars.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns and customer communications.
- Update and maintain website content using the CMS.
- Support SEO initiatives and monitor website performance.
- Coordinate marketing materials, events and promotional activity.
- Work with external agencies, designers and suppliers where required.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and marketing reporting tools.
- Identify new ideas and opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness.
About You
We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, great communication skills and a genuine passion for marketing.
Essential Skills
- 1-3 years' commercial marketing experience.
- Experience across digital marketing channels.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Social media management experience.
