We're hiring for a fast-growing digital marketing agency based in Southend-on-Sea, helping ambitious brands get found, grow, and convert online. As we expand our client portfolio, we're looking for a talented SEO Specialist to join our team - someone who lives and breathes search, is driven by data, and gets a genuine buzz from seeing client's rank.
What you'll be doing:
- Developing and executing SEO strategies across a diverse client base - from local businesses to national brands
- Conducting technical audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis
- Managing on-page optimisation, site structure, and internal linking improvements
- Building high-quality backlink profiles through digital PR, outreach, and content partnerships
- Collaborating with our content and paid media teams to create joined-up campaigns
- Reporting on performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and tools like Ahrefs or SEMrush
- Staying ahead of algorithm updates and industry trends to keep our clients ahead of the curve
What we're looking for:
- 2-6+ years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally within an agency environment
