We are a well-established engineering-focused technology provider with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality network solutions and excellent customer service. For over 30 years, we have been helping organisations design, implement and support enterprise networking solutions, covering LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, Collaboration and Security. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Senior Network Engineer to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you'll work across a variety of projects and support activities, collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver reliable, secure and innovative network solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and network security).
  • Monitor and optimise network performance, troubleshooting complex issues and applying corrective measures.
  • Configure and manage networking equipment including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless technologies (predominantly Cisco).
  • Carry out on-site installations and upgrades when required.
  • Provide technical escalation for the support team, offering guidance and mentoring.
  • Conduct network assessments, capacity planning, and performance tuning.
