Marketing Lead/ Marketing Manager/Head of Marketing

£50,000 - £70,000 (DOE) + Profit Share
A well-established international engineering and manufacturing business is seeking a hands-on Head of Marketing to take ownership of its global marketing function.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced marketing professional who enjoys combining strategic thinking with day-to-day delivery. Working closely with senior leadership, you will drive brand visibility, support commercial growth, and oversee marketing activity across multiple international markets.
The Role
This is a standalone position with responsibility for the full marketing mix, including:
Creating and managing catalogues, brochures, artwork, and marketing collateral
Producing articles, press releases, case studies, and technical content
Managing website content, SEO, email marketing, and social media activity
Planning and coordinating exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events
Managing external agencies, designers, developers, and marketing suppliers
Supporting brand development and ensuring consistency across all channels
Monitoring campaign performance and providing marketing insights to senior stakeholders
