We're working with a growing, award-winning business in Northamptonshire that is looking to bring its digital marketing activity in-house for the first time.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on digital marketer who enjoys taking ownership, working closely with the wider business, and seeing the direct impact of their work. The company has a genuinely positive, supportive culture with a friendly team environment and strong staff retention.
The Role
Manage and optimise SEO strategy across the company website
Take ownership of Google Ads and paid search campaigns
Monitor website performance and identify opportunities for growth
Report on campaign performance and marketing ROI
Work alongside external agencies and suppliers where required
Help shape and develop the company's long-term digital strategy
About You
Experience in SEO and PPC/Google Ads
Confident working independently and taking ownership of projects
Strong attention to detail
Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
Comfortable reporting results to senior stakeholders
Agency or in-house digital marketing experience considered
