We're a growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Teesside, and we're on the hunt for a Technical Project Manager to help us keep pace with our expansion. If you love bringing order to complex technical projects and can talk confidently with engineers and clients, we want to hear from you.

The Role: You'll own the delivery of technical projects from scoping through to handover, infrastructure rollouts, cloud migrations, network upgrades, security implementations, and everything in between. We need someone who understands the tech well enough to ask the right questions, spot risk early, and keep both engineers and clients on the same page.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing end-to-end delivery of technical projects, planning, resourcing, budgeting, risk management, and client communication
  • Working closely with engineering teams to translate technical scope into deliverable project plans
  • Acting as the key point of contact for clients throughout project lifecycles
  • Coordinating third-party vendors and suppliers where required
  • Keeping projects on time, on budget, and on scope, and communicating clearly when they're not
