We're working with a growing ecommerce business looking to appoint a commercially minded Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of customer acquisition, retention and digital growth initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on marketer who enjoys combining strategy with execution and wants to make a genuine impact within a growing brand.

The Role

Reporting into senior leadership, you'll lead digital marketing activity across paid media, email marketing and wider ecommerce growth initiatives. You'll be responsible for driving online sales, improving customer retention and optimising performance across the full customer journey.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and optimising Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns across Google Ads and Meta
  • Owning campaign budgets, audience targeting, creative testing and performance reporting
  • Driving improvements in ROAS, CPA, revenue growth and customer acquisition
  • Managing email marketing activity, including campaigns, automations and lifecycle journeys
  • Building and optimising customer flows such as welcome, abandoned basket, retention and win-back campaigns
  • Using customer segmentation and behavioural insights to improve engagement and lifetime value
  • Monitoring channel performance and identifying opportunities to improve conversion and customer experience
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to support wider ecommerce growth initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta
  • Strong email marketing and CRM experience
  • Understanding of ecommerce performance metrics including ROAS, CPA and customer lifetime value
  • Experience driving customer acquisition and retention strategies
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Commercial mindset with a hands-on approach to delivery
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day campaign execution

Desirable Experience

  • Ecommerce or direct-to-consumer (DTC) experience
  • Experience working with Shopify and/or Klaviyo
  • Customer journey optimisation and conversion rate improvement
  • Experience within a growing SME environment
