We are looking for a motivated and experienced Field Supervisor to join a growing team within the technology/infrastructure sector. This is a hands-on, field-based role covering the Northwest, Greater Manchester, and Merseyside regions, supporting the successful delivery of projects and services.
The Role
- Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
- Act as a key point of contact, supporting engineers, managing subcontractors, and building strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise engineers and subcontractors on-site.
- Plan and oversee project delivery from start to finish.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards.
- Monitor quality, timelines, and project costs.
- Act as the first point of escalation for technical and operational issues.
