Digital Account Manager
West Midlands | £28,000-£32,000 DOE
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Digital Account Manager to join a successful and growing agency within the West Midlands.
Working across a varied client base, you'll play a key role in managing client relationships and delivering creative and digital projects from initial brief through to completion.
The role will include:
- Managing day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of clients and becoming a trusted point of contact.
- Coordinating creative and digital projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, to brief and within budget.
- Working closely with creative, digital, design and production teams to bring client projects to life.
- Supporting junior account team members and helping ensure projects and workloads are effectively managed.
- Building existing client relationships and identifying opportunities for account development and growth.
We're looking for someone with:
- Previous experience in an agency account management or client services role.
- A good understanding of digital marketing, social media and wider marketing communications.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
