We're recruiting on behalf of a brilliant client based in Birmingham who are looking for a Web Designer to join their team on a hybrid basis. They're open to candidates from a creative or graphic design background who have a passion for web and are keen to develop their skills further - full support and training will be provided!
The Role
You'll be responsible for creating visually compelling, user-friendly websites and digital experiences. Whether you're already confident in web or coming from a creative design background, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow and develop in a supportive team environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Designing and building websites using WordPress
- Creating high-fidelity designs and prototypes in Figma
- Collaborating with the wider team to deliver great digital experiences
- Maintaining and updating existing websites
- Working with Shopify where required (desirable but not essential)
What We're Looking For
- Strong Figma skills and a great eye for design
- WordPress experience is ideal - but training will be given for the right candidate
- A creative portfolio showing strong visual design instincts
- Shopify experience is a bonus
- A collaborative, positive attitude and genuine passion for design and digital
