An established creative and marketing agency is looking for a Digital Account Manager to join its client services team.
This is a hands-on role for someone with strong digital agency experience who enjoys a busy, fast-paced environment. You'll manage a varied portfolio of client accounts, take ownership of projects from brief through to delivery and work closely with creative, digital, design and production teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage multiple client accounts and digital projects from brief through to delivery.
- Coordinate fast-turnaround projects across creative, design, digital and production teams.
- Build strong client relationships, lead meetings and keep stakeholders updated.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, costs and profitability.
- Identify opportunities to develop client accounts and support junior team members.
What they're looking for
- Account management experience within a creative, digital, advertising or integrated agency.
- Strong digital knowledge across websites, campaigns, social media, CRM/email and mobile.
- Proven experience managing a high volume of concurrent, fast-turnaround projects.
- Excellent client management, organisation and commercial awareness.
- Confident working across multidisciplinary teams and taking ownership in a fast-paced environment.
Working pattern
Hybrid working with 3 days per week on-site in the West Midlands / Warwickshire. A full UK driving licence is required
