Location: Southern England - Redhill hub, covering Sussex & Cambridge offices (driving essential)

Salary: Up to £45,000 + mileage

About the Opportunity

We are a well-established IT solutions provider delivering managed services, cloud, cybersecurity, and infrastructure solutions to commercial clients across the UK. As part of our continued growth in the South, we're looking for a driven Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of existing accounts and unlock their growth potential.

The Role

This is a hands-on, growth-focused account management role. Rather than chasing cold new business, you’ll be nurturing and developing a portfolio of smaller existing accounts - building relationships, spotting opportunities, and driving revenue through upselling and cross-selling across our solutions portfolio. You’ll work closely with our Southern commercial team and report into a supportive leadership structure with clear quarterly priorities. You’ll cover our Southern offices (Reigate, Sussex, and Cambridge), so you’ll need to be comfortable on the road and visiting clients face to face.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing smaller commercial accounts
  • Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities
