Job Title: Unified Communications (UC) Support Engineer
Location: Telford
Salary: 26,000 per annum + Quarterly KPI Bonus

We\’re looking for a motivated Unified Communications Support Engineer to join our support team in Telford.

What You\’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver high-quality technical support to business customers via phone, email, and remote tools
  • Assist with the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of business internet and hosted telephony systems
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to call quality, system configuration, registration failures, and hardware/software problems
  • Provide guidance on standard procedures and escalate more complex issues to senior engineers
  • Proactively suggest improvements to support tools, documentation, and processes

What You\’ll Need

  • 1-3 years of technical support experience (preferably within telecoms or UC environments)
  • knowledge of hosted telephony, IP networking, and connectivity (e.g. routers, VoIP)
  • Familiarity with UC platforms such as Gamma Horizon, Cisco Webex, iPECS, or similar
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to simplify technical concepts
  • Experience using helpdesk/ticketing systems
  • A collaborative, customer-first attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure
