We\’re looking for a motivated Unified Communications Support Engineer to join our support team in Telford.
What You\’ll Be Doing
Deliver high-quality technical support to business customers via phone, email, and remote tools
Assist with the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of business internet and hosted telephony systems
Diagnose and resolve issues related to call quality, system configuration, registration failures, and hardware/software problems
Provide guidance on standard procedures and escalate more complex issues to senior engineers
Proactively suggest improvements to support tools, documentation, and processes
What You\’ll Need
1-3 years of technical support experience (preferably within telecoms or UC environments)
knowledge of hosted telephony, IP networking, and connectivity (e.g. routers, VoIP)
Familiarity with UC platforms such as Gamma Horizon, Cisco Webex, iPECS, or similar
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to simplify technical concepts
Experience using helpdesk/ticketing systems
A collaborative, customer-first attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure
