We are hiring on behalf of an award-winning marketing agency based in Birmingham. They are looking for a talented Paid Ads Specialist with a proven track record of managing large-scale campaigns and delivering outstanding performance across Google and Meta platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, build, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google (Search, Display, Video, Shopping, Performance Max) and Meta Ads
- Manage monthly ad budgets exceeding 100,000
- Analyse performance data and make strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with creative and SEO teams to enhance cross-channel performance
- Provide clear, data-driven reports on campaign performance and ROI
- Stay up to date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years in paid media with experience managing large budgets
- Proven success delivering performance at scale on Google and Meta
- Solid understanding of attribution models, tracking, and conversion optimisation
- Familiarity with how SEO complements paid strategy
- Proficient in Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, GA4, and Tag Manager
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
