Marketing Manager
Location: Warwickshire (Hybrid – 3 days in-office)
Salary: 40,000- 45,000 DOE + Excellent Benefits
We’re seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts and drive the brand to new heights. This hybrid role balances flexibility with in-office collaboration and offers the chance to work on impactful projects in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a robust brand strategy to elevate our market presence.
- Lead consumer marketing campaigns that resonate with our audience and drive results.
- Oversee event planning and management, ensuring a seamless and impactful experience.
- Manage communications strategies, including PR and internal messaging.
- Lead the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and ROI.
- Collaborate with and manage external agencies to deliver marketing objectives.
- Inspire and lead a marketing team, fostering growth and excellence.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in marketing, with a strong focus on brand strategy and consumer marketing.
- Proven expertise in event management, communications, and budget management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and collaborate with external agencies effectively.
- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide a high-performing team.
- Strong strategic thinking and project management skills, with a results-driven mindset.
