We are a forward-thinking professional services company seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is committed to delivering exceptional technical support to both internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first and second-line technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
Manage and resolve IT service requests in line with agreed SLAs.
Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop systems, peripherals, and mobile devices.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Windows, Microsoft 365, and other business applications.
Maintain accurate documentation of processes, solutions, and asset inventories.
Support IT projects, including system upgrades, rollouts, and security enhancements.
Liaise with external vendors and service providers as required.Skills & Experience
Previous experience in an IT support role (1-3 years preferred).
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 suite.
Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
