A fast-growing digital marketing agency based in Worcester is looking for a confident and capable Digital Account Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for digital marketing, strong client relationship skills, and a drive to deliver outstanding results.

You will be the key point of contact for a portfolio of clients, leading digital campaigns, managing timelines, and ensuring every project meets or exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the day-to-day contact for clients, managing communications and building strong, lasting relationships.
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee the delivery of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media, content, email, etc.).
  • Liaise with internal teams (design, content, digital) to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular, data-driven reporting and insights.
  • Spot opportunities for growth within accounts and contribute to client retention and satisfaction.

  • 2+ years of experience in a digital marketing or account management role (agency background essential).
