We're hiring for a fast-growing digital marketing agency based in Southend-on-Sea, helping ambitious brands get found, grow, and convert online. As we expand our client portfolio, we're looking for a talented SEO Specialist to join our team - someone who lives and breathes search, is driven by data, and gets a genuine buzz from seeing client's rank.

  • Developing and executing SEO strategies across a diverse client base - from local businesses to national brands
  • Conducting technical audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis
  • Building high-quality backlink profiles through digital PR, outreach, and content partnerships
  • Collaborating with our content and paid media teams to create joined-up campaigns
  • Reporting on performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and tools like Ahrefs or SEMrush

Requirements:

  • 2-6+ years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally within an agency environment
  • Strong technical SEO knowledge - crawlability, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, site speed
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritise effectively
  • Clear communicator - able to explain SEO concepts simply to clients who aren't specialists
  • A genuine passion for digital marketing and a desire to grow with the agency
