We’re partnering with an ambitious, scaling FMCG brand seeking a commercially astute Ecommerce Manager to take full ownership of their DTC performance. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on accountability, understands digital trading levers, and knows how to convert data into commercial growth.
Revenue & Commercial Performance Leadership- Take full ownership of daily, weekly and monthly ecommerce revenue performance
- Actively manage key KPIs including conversion rate, AOV, margin and return rate
- Build and execute the ecommerce trading calendar across launches, campaigns and peak periods
- Align on-site trading with stock position, commercial targets and promotional strategy
- Quickly identify underperformance and implement corrective actions
- Deliver clear reporting with actionable commercial insights
- Lead and execute the CRO roadmap
- Analyse user behaviour including funnels, drop-offs, device performance and paths to purchase
- Identify and prioritise improvements across listing pages, product pages, navigation and checkout
- Collaborate with UX and technical teams to implement structured testing
- Track performance impact of tests and continuously refine optimisation plans
- Own product merchandising rules, sorting logic and promotional mechanics
- Maintain product data accuracy across pricing, attributes and availability
- Analyse product and category performance including sell-through, returns and margin contribution
- Use trading insights to influence product positioning and promotional direction
- Ensure the site remains commercially sharp, performance-led and conversion focused
- Manage and optimise Google Ads activity with a strong focus on ROAS and profitability
