Account Manager - Full-Service Marketing Agency
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £30-35k
We're working with a well-established, full-service marketing agency looking to add an experienced Account Manager to their growing Client Services team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, loves building strong client relationships and wants to be part of a creative, collaborative team.
The role:
Managing day-to-day client relationships and account handling
Briefing and collaborating with internal creative, digital and production teams
Trafficking jobs through the agency, keeping projects on time and on budget
Financial management - quoting, invoicing and protecting margin
Supporting and mentoring Account Executives
What we're looking for:
Proven agency account handling experience at AM level
Strong understanding of digital production processes
Financially aware and comfortable discussing costs with clients
Highly organised with excellent communication skills
Full UK driving licence required
