Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting IT issues across various hardware and software systems
- Resolving incidents and service requests in a timely manner
- Working with both internal and external teams to diagnose and resolve technical problems
Skills Required:
- Previous experience within an IT Support setting
- Windows OS, Active Directory and Office 365
