Role : SEO Executive Location: Birmingham (Hybrid) Salary: £27,000-£32,000 per annum (depending on experience) We're looking for an ambitious SEO Executive to join our growing digital marketing agency in Birmingham. This is a hybrid role offering the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients while developing your technical and strategic SEO skills. The Role As an SEO Executive, you'll support the planning, execution, and optimisation of SEO campaigns across a range of client accounts. Working closely with the wider digital marketing team, you'll help deliver measurable growth in organic traffic, rankings, and conversions. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day SEO activity across multiple client accounts. Carry out keyword research, technical SEO audits, and competitor analysis. Implement on-page SEO recommendations and content optimisation. Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog. Produce regular performance reports and communicate results to clients. Work collaboratively with content, PPC, web development, and design teams. Keep up to date with industry trends and search engine algorithm updates. About You 2-4 years' experience in an SEO role. Agency experience is highly desirable. Account management or client-facing experience is preferred. Strong understanding of technical and on-page SEO best practices. Experience using industry-standard SEO and analytics tools. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Able to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. What We Offer Competitive salary of £27,000-£32,000 depending on experience.
