Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure components such as servers, storage, networking, and virtualization technologies.
- Be a key member of the IT Support Team, operating as an escalation point for the 1st and 2nd Line team. Provide key 3rd Line IT Support to external clientele.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
