Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 3rd Line Technical Support, act as an escalation point for 1st and 2nd Line Teams
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of IT systems.
- Liaise with 1st line and 2nd Line support and other team members to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Act as a key member of the team in planning, delivering and leading on IT Projects.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a 2nd/3rd line support role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Experience with networking technologies (LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls).
- Cyber Essentials Plus exposure
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Office 365, and Exchange.
- Experience in supporting 1st and 2nd Line teams / acting as an escalation point
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) are a plus.
