Are you an IT Support professional with a passion for AI and Data, looking for an opportunity where you can combine both? We’re working with an established digital business looking for a technically curious IT Support Analyst to join its team. This is not just a traditional support role – alongside providing day-to-day technical support, you'll have the opportunity to work with data, AI, automation and emerging technologies.
What you'll be doing:
- Providing hands-on IT support and resolving technical issues
- Managing and responding to support tickets
- Troubleshooting systems, applications and user issues
- Working with data, databases and SQL
- Analysing data to identify trends and insights
- Exploring how AI and automation can improve products and processes
- Supporting AI/data-led projects across the business
- Developing your skills across Python, AI and data technologies
What we're looking for:
- Previous IT Support, Service Desk or Technical Support experience
- Hands-on experience with ticketing systems and troubleshooting
- Some knowledge of SQL, databases or data analysis
- Exposure to Python would be advantageous
- A genuine interest in AI, machine learning, LLMs or automation
- Someone who actively wants to develop their career across AI & Data
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
