We’re looking for an experienced social media professional to join a collaborative and fast-paced team in the West Midlands. This role is ideal for someone creative, proactive and confident managing social activity for multiple brands, with a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.
You’ll be responsible for planning, creating and managing social content across key platforms, ensuring each brand’s tone of voice is clear and consistent. This is a client-facing role, so you’ll be comfortable owning relationships, managing timelines and delivering high-quality work. Working closely with creative, marketing and paid teams, you’ll support campaign planning, community management and ongoing optimisation through insight and performance reporting. You’ll stay on top of social trends and platform updates, using data to improve content and identify new opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing social media channels for multiple brands
